Energy and water are two of the largest line items on any commercial grow's P&L, and they're climbing. As utility costs rise and ESG expectations move from optional to investor-mandated, sustainability has become a margin strategy, not a marketing slogan. This session shows cultivation managers, facility owners, operations leaders, and executive stakeholders how to cut resource consumption without cutting yield or quality.

We'll work through real-world strategies that lower spend per pound while strengthening the ESG profile that increasingly shapes financing, licensing, and acquisition decisions. Expect a practical, executive-level discussion grounded in current cannabis industry trends, with tactics you can implement across single or multi-site operations.
