ProGuard Air Protects Your Product Quality & Yields.

After 13+ years in cannabis and more than 20 million sq ft of cultivation protected in 20+ countries, ProGuard Air will exhibit MJBizCon Booth #19429 with a simple message: as prices fall and margins shrink, preventing crop loss is the easiest way to protect profit.

ProGuard Air, maker of ProGuard air sanitization systems for commercial cannabis cultivation, will exhibit at MJBizCon 2026, December 1–4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth #19429.

ProGuard Air’s goal is prevention, not remediation. The system kills mold and mildew in the air and on surfaces around the clock, helping growers pass microbial testing the first time instead of paying for remediation, re-testing or irradiation after a problem appears. And it does this without damaging terpenes or flower quality.

The timing matters. New cultivation projects are coming online, existing operators are expanding, and facilities are changing hands. Many of those acquired facilities already have ProGuard Air units installed, but the new owners don’t always know how to keep them running at full strength. At MJBizCon, the ProGuard Air team will help both groups: sizing systems for new and expanding grows, and showing new owners how to get the most out of the units they inherited.

Most air purifiers are passive. They only clean the air that happens to pass through them. ProGuard Air works differently. It turns the oxygen and humidity already in the room into an ionized hydro-peroxide vapor that moves through the space and sanitizes air and surfaces 24/7, killing mold and mildew spores before they can settle on the crop. When its job is done, it reverts to water vapor, so it leaves no residue and won’t harm terpenes, aroma or flower quality.

That design is why it fits cannabis so well. As humidity rises, ProGuard Air’s sanitization output rises with it, so it works hardest exactly when mold and mildew risk is highest. Units mount with a bracket and two screws, and each covers about 500 sq ft.

Cannabis prices keep falling, and growers are working with thinner margins than ever. In a tightening market, every dollar counts. Every failed microbial test, every lost harvest and every hour spent remediating contamination cuts straight into profit. ProGuard Air helps growers prevent those losses, recovering up to 5–10% of yield that would otherwise be lost to mold and mildew, while cutting the labor and inputs spent spraying and pruning for powdery mildew.

“When prices drop, growers can’t afford to lose product,” said Mike D’Ambra, founder of ProGuard Air. “A failed test or a week spent fighting mold used to be a headache. Now it can be the difference between profit and loss. Preventing that is the easiest money a cultivator can make.”

What growers are seeing:

• Preferred Gardens (Sacramento, California), the legacy brand founded by David Polley, who has cultivated cannabis since 2005, runs ProGuard Air for 24/7 air sanitization across its 50,000 sq ft mixed-light and 6,000 sq ft indoor facilities. “ProGuard is working around the clock to keep our crop protected,” said Polley.

• Indigo Horizon (Portugal) installed ProGuard Air on day one across grow rooms, propagation, trimming, drying and corridors. The EU GMP facility reports zero microbial counts on its flower. “We have not irradiated a single lot from the facility,” said co-founder Gil Nicolau.

• Waabigwan Mashkiki (White Earth Nation, Minnesota) runs ProGuard Air in cultivation, dry/cure and post-harvest rooms for round-the-clock protection between manual sanitation events.

• FullTilt Labs (New Jersey) placed units in every room and its HVAC system and has reported no disease since.

• Redemption Botanicals (Illinois) relies on air sanitization to keep up with the state’s strict testing requirements as it expands its flowering canopy.
