John consults in a diverse set of industries, including cannabis, as the owner and founder of Authentic Communication Matters. He has partnered with Cannabis Trainers for both instructor-led and online course delivery. Recently, John also served as the director of curriculum and professional development for the New York City Transit Authority (MTA), which has 47,000 employees. Previously, he was a consultant for Cengage Learning, where he facilitated peer-to-peer professional development.
