Sabrina Fendrick brings ten years of political, industry and advocacy experience as a cannabis professional to her current role as Director of Government Affairs for Berkeley Patients Group (BPG). She engages with political and industry stakeholders regarding various cannabis programs on both a state and municipal level, assisting with the development of local ordinances and other policy efforts in California, including the 2016 initiative to legalize adult use. Most recently, she led the successful effort to cut Berkeley’s local cannabis recreational tax rate in half. Sabrina is also the chair of the California Cannabis Industry Association (CCIA) Retail Committee.
