Smoke is the president of Vertical Companies, a multi-state vertically integrated cannabis business. He also serves as president & CEO of Vertical Wellness, which was created to pursue the hemp & CBD business globally. Smoke oversees distribution, investor relations and sales and marketing at Vertical as well as capital formation and acquisitions. Prior to his involvement in the cannabis industry, Smoke founded and built companies and brands including alcoholic beverage distributor National Wine & Spirits.
