For more than eleven years, she has led projects involving site selection, regulatory strategy, permit acquisition, facility design, specialized HVAC and environmental systems, and construction management for cultivation and manufacturing operations across the United States and internationally.
Cultivo has supported projects in more than twenty-five states and three countries, representing millions of square feet of cultivation, manufacturing, and processing space. With over a decade of hands on cultivation experience across indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor environments, Ms. Karcey brings practical operational insight to facility planning and execution.
