Regulatory risk in cannabis doesn't only live in your compliance files — it lives in your dry room. Poor drying protocols, inconsistent curing, and inadequate storage conditions create the exact product-quality failures that trigger failed audits, testing rejections, and license jeopardy. For cultivators, post-harvest leaders, operations executives, quality teams, and brand decision-makers, this is where regulatory exposure becomes real.
This session treats post-harvest as a compliance-critical operation, not an afterthought. You'll learn how disciplined drying, curing, and handling practices build defensible SOPs, documentation, and product integrity that regulators expect — and help protect your license when audits happen. Strong post-harvest standards reduce legal liability and keep your operation standing on solid ground in a post-Schedule III environment.
