Before launching OSH, he served as COO at Bickel Consulting and VP of Operations at Buckeye Relief, where he oversaw facility design, expansion, and performance optimization. Jeremy holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Ohio State University, with expertise spanning facility design, project management, irrigation, automation, and environmental controls.
