Kevin H. Culver, Esq. serves as Vice President of Tax Incentives and Associate General Counsel at Royse Partners Limited, a tax and management consulting firm specializing in corporate tax incentives and advisory services. He has extensive experience in corporate tax incentives, working alongside company executives, CPAs, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and legal professionals to identify and maximize federal and state tax opportunities at both the business entity and shareholder levels.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Culver has overseen more than $500 million in the delivery and substantiation of corporate tax incentives across a broad range of industries, including engineering, agriculture, architecture, manufacturing, and software, with a growing focus on the cannabis industry. His expertise includes navigating complex tax frameworks such as Section 280E, state-level decoupling, and the application of research and development (R&D) tax credits within highly regulated environments.
