Mark founded Highly Capitalized Network in 2018 because he couldn't find any honest financial and business news sources in cannabis. As CFO of California dispensary group Grupo Flor, he led a successful turnaround that reignited retail expansion with Grupo Flor opening new dispensaries in Silicon Valley. Since 2015, Mark has launched and scaled licensed Cannabis ventures, secured over $100M in capital, and driven growth strategies for leading Cannabis and wellness brands. Before entering Cannabis, Mark held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, CNN / Warner, and JDE Peet’s, serving variously as CMO, COO, CFO, and CEO across North America, LATAM, Asia and Europe.
