Melanie rose to COO at Dark Heart Nursery, where the team was first to identify Hop Latent Viroid as the cause of cannabis dudding disease, and later served as COO of Purple City Genetics, expanding access to genetics across California, the United States, and internationally. She brings deep expertise in operations, sales, and team leadership and is focused on building scalable organizations that support long-term industry success.
