If you’re interested in submitting a topic for us to consider, please use the following form. You can use the Sessionboard portal to keep up-to-date on the status of your submissions. If your proposal is approved, you’ll receive a list of assignments to complete within the portal.
Speaker Expectations
- Speakers are asked to share digital marketing assets before the event.
- Speakers are asked to partipcate in one planning meeting before the event.
Speaker Benefits
- Speakers receive a two night hotel reservation at a partner hotel.
- Speakers receive a VIP Conference and Expo Hall registration.
Dates and Deadlines
- Call for Speakers will open March 10, 2025.
- Presentation submissions are due by Friday April 11th at 11:59 PM EST.
- (Late submissions will not be accepted, no exceptions.)
- Speaker proposals will be reviewed in April and May. Speakers will be updated on the status of their proposals by the end of May.
