Chief Strategy Officerc3 Indsutries

Krista Raymer is Chief Strategy Officer at C3 Industries, where she converts operational data into strategic direction across the company's multi-state retail footprint spanning six states, soon to be seven. She oversees Buying & Planning, Business Development, and Marketing, functions that rely on analytics to drive margin discipline and sustainable growth.

Krista specializes in retail intelligence: building frameworks that connect customer behavior, pricing elasticity, and inventory performance to financial outcomes. Her work provides actionable insights into performance drivers, enabling disciplined resource allocation and competitive positioning as cannabis markets mature.

Prior to joining C3, Krista founded Vetrina Group, a cannabis retail consultancy that advised more than 270 operators across the U.S. and Canada for 6 years. Previously, she held leadership roles at Suitsupply and Brooks Brothers, managing multinational operations and new market development. She applies that traditional retail discipline to building cannabis businesses as the industry transitions from expansion to performance-driven operations.
